• What is a Private Order?

  A group order with a single workshop, open for a limited time. We collect the orders, place them together with the maker, and that is why you pay less than in a shop for the same quality.

• How long does an order take?

  About six weeks from the close of the Private Order. The shirts are made after the orders are in, so we do not ship them from a warehouse — we do not keep one.

• Can I return a shirt?

  Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it without giving a reason. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

• How do I pick a size?

  A shirt size is the neck circumference in centimetres — size 40 means 40 cm. Detailed measurements for every model are in the size chart.

• Why can only list members see prices?

  The terms we negotiate with the workshops apply to a closed group. Joining the list is free and takes a moment.
